A few days ago, me and my best friend went to the premiere of Ballet Revolucion in Vienna. I’ve been to a show in 2016 already and did enjoy it to the max. This time we had seats in the front row and got to enjoy another brilliant show that was something between streetdance, ballet, acrobatics and spiced with a hint of erotic. It was a show that left us breathless from the beginning to the end. Even though we loved our front row seats we’d advice you to get seats a little bit further away to get the full picture. As I do ballet myself I was especially intersted in the feet of the women and with how much accuracy they place them, but I couldn’t see them as we were too close and the wall of the stage was blocking that view.
We had amazing views of the dancer’s faces though and it was quite cool to see the glances they exchanged and their muscles. Especially when the guys had their topless dances we were speechless and stunned. I bet we both had quite pink cheeks while watching that part of the show ;D So it really depends on what you’re interested in. For the fine details get a seat in the front, for seeing the whole picture, which is always amazing if the full cast is on stage, get a seat a little bit further away from the stage. But no matter where you’re seated – you’ll love it, promise! Ballet danced to modern music, such as “Take me to Church” by Hozier, played by a life band, is an experience everybody should have at least once in their lifetime.
The dance sensation from Cuba tours Europe this time but tickets are in high demand, so you should hurry to get yourself this little treat! Tickets and information are provided here: www.ballet-revolucion.de
